Our little community had a wedding this week. Linda and Bill, Sharon's co-workers at Alexanders decided to get married. We were privileded to be included in the wedding party They wanted to have the ceremony at nearby Helton Creek Falls. Unfortunately it rained all night and was continuing to drizzle into the morning. None of the participants were interested in going over the Falls in a barrel or in tubing on the river. Linda and Bill had back-up plans.
The wedding would be held at Misty Mountain Inn. Misty Mountain Inn is a bed and breakfast and cabin rental facility just down the road from Jonas Mountain on Town Creek Road. When we arrived a quick survey of the Inn indicated the ideak location for the ceremony would be on the deck 
. Bill and I rearranged some furniture and we were set to go.
