Sharon and her twin sister Sandi were born in Tampa, Florida. She was raised in Jacksonville, FL and graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. After graduation she received nurses training in Fort Pierce, FL. She married and moved to Chattanooga, Tennessee where she raised two sons - Bill and Kevin.
Sharon met Bob at the National Square dance Convention in Memphis, Tennessee. After a long distance romance they were married November 1, 1991. She moved from her home in Chattanooga, TN to live with Bob in Fairfax, VA. After retirement Bob and Sharon moved to their current home in Young Harris, GA.
Since retirement Sharon has worked part time at a convenience store and at Alexanders Department Store.
